Getting ready for Christmas!

I remember when I was young and first married...how absolutely bonkers I went with my holiday decorations! Always seemed like a good idea until it was time to take them all down! I still love to decorate the house for the holiday season...I've just learned how to edit and simplify! And it turns out that my style is actually quite simple after all!

I especially love creating dresses for Spring and Summer...especially since I use so many cotton and linen florals and such!

So... I am addicted to so many blogs out there...decided it was time to join in the fun! And what better time than the holiday season! I have to admit; I kind of skip over Halloween and Thanksgiving and bounce staight into Christmas each year! I am judged for this but I don't care! But for my very first post; perhaps I should share a little about my clothing line with you. I started out as an antique dealer. I love linens and sheets and tableclothes and sold them in my space but found that they didn't always sell that well! I decided that people must not know what to do with them! So I started sewing pillows and bags out of them...and before I knew what was happening...BAM! I was creating my clothing line and selling it in boutiques all over the U.S.!
